MULTIPLE ORDERS:

I am unable to accommodate combined shipping at the moment. Please check back in the near future!

 

PROCESSING TIME:

OUR CURRENT processing queue is always posted at the very top of our website. We have moved to a READY TO SHIP model where everything ordered will be processed/shipped within 1-2 weeks max. If you have any questions regarding your order, please use the contact form on our site. We'd be happy to help!

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS:

Holiday shipping has arrived with USPS. USPS domestic shipping is normally 5-10 business days but sometimes can take 7-21 business days during the holiday season. All orders are shipped in rigid mailers (not bendable), stickers are protected by a cellophane bag, and include tracking! I have seen a large delay in scanning orders and updating tracking numbers as well! Please be patient with the postal service as they are overloaded with gifts and purchases around this time. 

 

PACKAGE MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT MISSING:

I am unable to provide a replacement order if the package has been marked "Delivered" by USPS. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number so they can double check the GPS coordinates where it was scanned as "Delivered." Sometimes a package is accidentally scanned as "Delivered" while it is still In-Transit. Other times the package was delivered to a neighbor or in the wrong mailbox within a community locker setup. If you are in an apartment, make sure to check with your front desk/sales rep. Above all, contacting your Post Master at your local post office will help tremendously when trying to locate your package. I've seen packages marked "Delivered" and it shows up 10 days later after being considered lost. USPS does not consider a package "LOST" until 30 days after it was first scanned. 

 

LOST IN TRANSIT:                                                                                                   

If a package has not moved in 7-10 business days, please reach out to USPS to get additional tracking information. As a shop owner, I do not have any additional resources when dealing with USPS. With that being said, I will also do everything in my power to get your package moving along if possible.

The best way to stay updated on your package is to copy/paste your tracking number in the USPS website, hit track, then click "Sign up for text and email alerts." Once your package starts moving again, you will get a notification right away.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

At this time, no cancellations can be made. This will help speed along the processing so I can get your products out to you in a timely manner during the holiday rush. Thank you for understanding!

 

REFUNDS:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, no refunds or returns can be made.

 

ISSUES:

If you have any issues with your order, just message me by using the "Contact Us" page! I'll do whatever I can and go above and beyond to correct the issue <3 No one's perfect (maybe Beyonce tho?) and we all make mistakes. All stickers are made with love and by me. Trust me, if I could find a team of Oompa Loompas to do all my work for me, I would. But it's just me over here, hanging out, with my dogs, making stickers for all to love! <3
